Cross-hole beads - think of the possibilities!
Building a 4-hole bead with an LFx mandrel is cheaper, lighter and much less cumbersome than similar purpose mandrels available, plus it can be used in ways that parallel-hole beads can not, so it is more versatile as well. See the threading diagram for more detail. The LFx mandrel can be used with some of the popular shaping stamps, such as the lentil, but results will be somewhat different.
