You choose and fill in the amount on the order form & then specify the lampworkers name & email address in the 'special instructions' section.

• I will email payment options to you. Promptly upon receiving your payment I will email your Gift Certificate to the email address you’ve indicated in the 'special instructions' section of the order form.
• OR just specify the lampworkers name and tell me to email the certificate to you so that you can print it and tuck it into an envelope or gift box to give it to the lampworker yourself.
